[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card closure not done by bank but charged annual fees

Dear hdfc credit card team,

Hi i have approached hdfc customer care to close my credit card on sep 2018 but after several mails i have got replay from customer care
Mail id : customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, they have requested a closure form with signature to close my cc on dec 2018, as per the mail the request i have signed and sent a attachment of credit card closure form with signature same month but after several reminders they did not closed my credit card, i tried to escalate this issue with customer service center but no resolution, now they have charged me annual fees,

Request raised on sep 2018

Need a immediate solution on this.

We regret to inform that we are yet to receive the documents. Post receipt of the same we shall take it up for a suitable review and keep you updated. We note that you wish to close your credit card. In the rare event, if you are still contemplating card discontinuance, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter to the following address to enable us do the needful.
