[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card closure not done by bank but charged annual fees | |||
Dear hdfc credit card team, Hi i have approached hdfc customer care to close my credit card on sep 2018 but after several mails i have got replay from customer care Mail id : customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, they have requested a closure form with signature to close my cc on dec 2018, as per the mail the request i have signed and sent a attachment of credit card closure form with signature same month but after several reminders they did not closed my credit card, i tried to escalate this issue with customer service center but no resolution, now they have charged me annual fees, Card number end with 6335 Request raised on sep 2018 Need a immediate solution on this.
