[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card closure request not honoured | |||
The card closure request letter along with cut pieces of the card was sent by courier to the chennai office as advised by your (Hdfc) cc executive. After 4 months am surprised to receive a payment outstanding for a credit card that i have not even activated. I have the photo copy of letter sent to chennai office and the courier docket number. I have also dropped the complaint letter for closure of card at hdfc vijayanagar (Bangalore) office. Was this information helpful? | |||
