Date of Incident: 18th April 2017 Cust Id: 33961070 HDFC Tel no.:[protected] Customer Tel no.: +91 [protected] Issue: Credit Card collection department worst behaviour, behaving like rowdies and treating customers like slaves. In this issue i have raised for settlement and closed respectively before the due date, Suddenly they called and threatning for unbilled amount of 70 rs. for that they are asking me to pay 10000 rs. - Eventhough they are not ready to listen the customer issuers directly they are threatning to reach my home and make my family ashame infront of others. we are ignorant to face this kind of issue - Really shame to banking with HDFC Since last 7 years i do banking also transacted around 10 lakhs in that 5 lakhs alone paid as an interest.
