HDFC Bank — credit card collection department misconduct and misbehaviour

Hi,

I have been Member of HDFC bank since last 4 years and I have always try to maintain my Good records with the Bank,

But some time there arouse a situation where you are not able to pay your bills on time mainly because of crunch of Money. In this case all you need your bank is put trust on you,

But In my experience from last couple of days all I observed and Experience the Pathetic Bank service I ever Came Across.

This is reference to my credit card Payment. It was delayed by month and second due was about to come.

A Lady from Collection department calls me and ask me to due the Payment . All Said To her is that currently I'm running short of money as soon as I get it I'll do the payment, Probably by next due.

But all I could see that Lady was not at all interested in listening and she started yelling at me Saying things in Hindi which could be stated as... AApko Kisne kaha tha Paise Kharch Karne, Paise nahi the toh Credit card nahi use karneka ..Agli bar debit card use karo .. apko kuch lagta hai bank ka paise kha jaoge aap.. AAp paise nahi bharne wale ho aise humein lag raha hai..these were her words and that do in bad pitch like some uneducated person who doesn't know professionalism at all.

I just want to ask the bank.

1.Is this how you treat your costumer .?
2.This kind of Person you hire who are not at all professional.

I have Experienced the worst service till date by Bank. All I was Asking for some time so that I will make the Payment.

I want a strict Action to be taken Against these Person and here manager they don't even clarify that their employee ID and says they are not allowed to disclose It.

The Manager Name is : Debelena Ghosh from Pune Branch.

If no action is taken I will take this to consumer forum and register Bank complain for misbehavior and mis-conduct.

Bank received it's Payment But I lost my respect, Pride and Dignity. and Insult which I got these Employee is Un- payable.

Note:- I have Been made more than 10 to 20 calls everyday by this person's
