[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card collection team | |||||
I was using credit card ending with 6698 issued by hdfc. I used the card for a long time and due to the bad services provided by the hdfc authorities i stopped using the card. I was asked to pay the bill less some unauthorized charges. I paid the bill as advised by the hdfc collection agency. I was relaxed and happy for not using the pathetic services. I suddenly got to know that i am still liable to pay an amount of around rs10000.00. I was shocked. I visited the hdfc credit card branch at bund garrden road pune and nobody helped me. I have not used the card since last few years and i am not liable to pay any such charges. I have already cleared all the dues as told by the hdfc collection agency. I want noc in my favour asap. I was using credit card ending with 2959 issued by hdfc. I was already paid my all overdue amount and my credit card is inactive since 2015, now I have received outstanding amount bill in my email id and don't know why, this is completely cheating.
Please provide NOC ASAP.
