HDFC Bank — credit card collections agents | |||
I would like to complain against agent who called for payment, she used inappropriate language and was rude while speaking as she said "hdfc bank tere baap kaa hai kya" which is really not appreciate as I have only missed 1 payment not more than that.her name was bhagyashree.please take strict actions for calling and harassing people for payment.
