Hi My name is Castro MB and i am HDFC credit card holder for 3 years due to loose of my job and my famil issue i was not able to pay my credit card dues on time even tho i was asking my friends and i was paying my bills and for certain reason i was not able to pay the dues again i got a call from credit card collection manager his name is Mahesh ([protected] number) and i told him i got a call from your agent and i told that lady i dont have a cash to pay ill pay the half amount on 29 April 2019 and she told okay after that i got a call from mahesh telling that y you dint pay the cash and i explained him everything very clearly and he started abusing me in a very wrong way and using a local language in kannada telling that (ill
