[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card complaint | |||||
Greeting of the day! Dear aditya puri, This complaint is regarding my credit card. You can check my credit card usage from last 2 months as i have completely stop using my credit card because of fake promises made by hdfc employee while providing me the credit card. Fake promised made by hdfc employees : - when the credit card was provided to me they said i am going to have emi option if i am unable to pay the amount. - post purchase and bill payment i am imposed to penalties I posted to rs 700/- penalty for the due amount of rs 1, 093/- for current month. After this fake promises from leading bank i am forced to leave this bank with no option and i am never going to recommend this bank to anyone in my family & friends.
