Hi,

I am trying to contact hdfc credit card reg billing statement,

The excutive shilpa she spokes very rude and aggresive, she is not able to listen my issue, we tried custmer care and waited 20 min for connecting to hdfc excetive but she treates very bad way,

We are the custemers and we are paying money and treat this way,

It was very bad for us.

We infer that our service manager was in touch with you to personally address your queries regarding dues, payment and charges. As a service gesture, we have reversed the bank charges of Rs.1586.74 billed to your Oct'18 statement and this credit will reflect in your Nov'18 statement, however gst billed to your card account will remain payable by you.
