[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card customer care response | |||
I am using hdfc credit card for last 3 years. Recently card got expired and I was waiting for new card. My address needed to be changed to receive new card. I sent address proof and signature proof to credit card decision for 3 times in 45 days. Every time they declined the address change. Now it's been 50 days I don't have card. Every time I call their call centre they tell me same tape of sending form to their chennai office. Very pathetic service. You can't check your signature for credit card at any branch all over India. Only office you have to send request is chennai. Pathetic service and customer care. Though I have my address updated in bank records they don't take it or update it from their.
