[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card deactivation | |
Hi, I called customer care for deactivatijg my credit card, as i have nil payment due. But not getting any response from them and yet my card is active. Please work towards my issue on priority basis. Card number :- [protected] And even when i ask the hdfc executives about my statement explanation, they are not happy to explain. While giving the card they did all the process within 5 days and now when i have to deactive the card as i understand the havoc it brings with it. Hdfc executives and authorities are not supporting for forclosure of my account permanently. I request to take some action regarding this behavior of them. Was this information helpful? | |
