[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card declined

I applied through my salary account to get acredit card. but the status shows decline and there is no way to connect to customer care as its all automated.
I am from pune I want to know the reason this happend.

With regard to your query regarding your credit card please feel free to contact our Phone Banking officers at any of our 24 hour Phone Banking numbers mentioned in the below URL and the extension mentioned for your kind reference. https://t.co/wCXvFlsiaf and dial 1 for language (English) 3 for credit card and 1 for Credit card balance and then validate credit card number with PIN and then choose 2 for unbilled transactions and other details and then choose 9 to speak to our officer.
