[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit Card Degraded without informing customer | |||
Hi, I am holding a World Credit Card from HDFC. This card used to come under Category C in HDFC'sRewards Point catalogue. However, today when I tried to redeem my reward points, I was shocked to see that the card has been degraded to Category D without any information to me. That means I have to shell out 1.5 times more points to redeem any rewards. When i called at HDFC Bank's customer care, they said they can't do anything in this. Isn't there any law which mandates bank to inform customer's whenever their instrument changes. I have been a regular payer of credit card dues, still such a treatment. This is TRUELY PATHETIC. God knows who the hell gave them reward of Best Asian Bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
