HDFC Bank — Credit Card Dispute

The case started on 20th oct'2016.

There were 3 fraudulent transaction happened on my credit card in the month of oct’16. I spoke to customer care and they asked me to fill in the dispute form and send it to dispute team.
The first mail which i sent was on 30th oct’16. Even after that i mailed multiple times for the status of the dispute.

I made numerous calls (35+) to the customer care to resolve the same.

In the last month statement again, there was the disputed amount as well penalty for that.

Moreover, the amount has been blocked from my saving account and again a penalty has been levied.

The last mail which i got from bank on 29th march’17 saying

“we understand that you are not in agreement with the said transactions. As per earlier communication we had requested you to block the card number ending with * 1795 for us to initiate our liaison with the concerned member bank for resolution. However, we observe from our records that you are not block the card account till date also transactions gets time barred.

Hence, we regret our inability to liaise with the member bank regarding the aforesaid transactions and the transaction remains payable on your card account. “

On contrary to that, i did raise the complaint, got the card blocked, got a new one, even i spoke to my personal banker.

I do have all the mails which i sent and again sent it concerned email id attaching all the mails

It becomes a 'sarkari office', and i have been asked to contact customer service then there they asked me to contact collection department and then there they asked me to dispute department. I did everything possible but things are not moving.

I have received my welcome kit for my new salary account... But there are no debit card pin.. Only mobile banking pin... So everything share to your branch... Nd I also call your customers complent number... But every body are cannot help me properly... So please do something...

115 rupees deducted from my account without any clear information, named as ad hoc stmt charges

Unfortunately I forgot to submit my credit card EMI first time. Suddenly I got call from hdfc credit card dept. They started harssing me & continue calling for 1 missing EMI.
I just fedup from this call.
I decided to not to use HDFC crdit card in future because of 1 rude person.
