I have done payment through HDFC Credit card via Payzapp to the merchant M/S SAI Tyre Banglore IND was successfully done and amount was debited from my HDFC credit card too but neither merchant's account was credited nor amount refunded in my account ever. it's been almost 9 months completed to my complain in which i have provided each & every document requested by HDFC Bank.
