I have been following up continuously with HDFC credit card division but still not getting any satisfactory answer from anyone. Following are few simple questions that I have been asking which HDFC credit card team has no answers:
Why have I not received a fresh card after I blocked my old lost card?
Why their sales executive asked me to apply for a new card and then denied me a new cards?
If I am supposed apply for reissue of card then what is the process?
What form am I need to fill up?
What documents am I need to submit?
Where should I submit the form?
If my card is blocked even after paying the dues and I am supposed to call HDFC Pune division then why no one is answering those numbers?
Most importantly without issiuing new card why am I getting montly statements and asked to pay montly charges? Was this information helpful? |
