[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card false charges | |||
I'm using a credit card from hdfc for last two years. For last couple of months i stopped receiving statement so i wasn't able to make any payment. Now they have blocked my card and asking me to pay 2300 which includes heavy penalty. Even after calling multiple times they aren't sending the statement again to my email id. They are not taking any responsibility for me not receiving email. They are simply saying that they sent statement from their side. It's completely unprofessional to charge 1500 penalty for statements which i didn't receive on my email i'd. Was this information helpful? | |||
