[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card finance charges and late fee just for 3 days of delayed payment | |
My credit card was charged with 1623 rupees as finance charges and 885 (Incl. Gst) as late fee for 3 days of delayed payment, for a due amount of 11898 rupees which is so unjustifiable. Hdfc is charging around 21% of total due amount as extra which is really ridiculous. Speaking to customer service is worst experience again, they were not even able to explain how the amount has been charged. I am customer of hdfc since 5 years, never delayed the payments till now. I have never expected this kind of service with hdfc. I want those extra charges should be waived off immediately. I request to consider this complaint and take the necessary action.
