We had a disputed transaction in October 2017. We had proof of:
1. Cancellation Confirmation from Merchant
2. ARN Details from the Merchant.
3. Refund Confirmation from the HDFC Bank.
Since October, I have visited Bank many times, called customer care atleast 50 times, and sent hundreds of email and Bank is not ready to refund the money.
One guy from HDFC is replying who does not have any idea of the Banking system and every employee working there is a shameless creature.
I have requested them either to share a number of Credit Card Dept where we can call or give us a call but Bank is nothing but fraud.
I only need to get this sorted, money to be refunded and never do with business with these fraud - HDFC BANK
