[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card fraud on 1st of feb 2018 | |||
I got a call to my mobile that transaction of 33200 rs is happenned, press 1 for approve the transaction, press 2 declined and press 3 to connect customer care. So without thinking any thing i have just pressed 3 to get connect customer care for whats going on. Customer care person pick and said you no need to pay anything and we will investigate the fraud and issue will get resolved 6 to 7 days and they block the card but i didn’t recive any message or email for card blocking.
