My name is Firoz Alam.
I live in Faridabad and I am working in Gurgaon.
I have only one credit card with HDFC credit card is [protected].
The matter is that HDFC is saying you have one more credit card which no. [protected] but i have never applied for this card.
When I spoke with Gaurav HDFC customer care he said this card is in name Firoz Jabiullah Shah and issued in Thane Maharashtra.
Just try to understand when I live in Faridabad so how can they issue credit card in Maharashtra Thane in my name. And also name is not matching because my name is only FIROZ ALAM. They hold my entire savings account Amount. So everyone can see how fraudulent activities is going on. Hdfc is harassing me. I was a very loyal customer for them from last 3 years. But this experience was very bitter.
