[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card gst amount reversal | |
Hi, Without my knowledge they were processed insta loan using my credit card. I made call to the customer care and my personal banker, they were confirmed some issues in the systems. They were given confirmation like will revert all the loan related transactions including gst, but the gst amount got deducted from my credit card. Why i need to spend the gst amount with out using the money. I made a call to customer care, they said please drop an email to customer care services. Same i did but no response.
