As am the Credit card holder of HDFC, as i got card on March 2016, till August it was good, all the charges i used to pay correctly and also they were not charging any extra, but september they have been charging unnecessarily, telling those taxes service taxes, overlimit taxes minus balance taxes, even my account would have went minus balance why they allowed to swipe the card, they could have stopped the payment, , , every month my bill used to come 7 to 8 thousand, i paid due amounts, , but this time they have charged 11812, and november 15881 rs charges, am shocked why these much charges, wen called customer care they even donno for wat charges had been charge, they tell different reason which is out of topic, , , , and this month on 15 november my credit balance was 4484 rs, and due was lesser then 6 thousand, and on 18 bill generated, and i saw my credit is 4.87 rs and bill was 15581 approx, which am shocked how come they have charged so much which is more than 5 to 6 thousands...these are hidden charges and unexpected charges which they dint informed, and cheating the customer by charging unnecessarily, , , my credit limit they have added in the bill and minused in limit, , , , i want clarification on this and also proper resolution for the expected hidden charges Was this information helpful? |
