HDFC Bank — Credit card issues | |||||
Dear sir, I was holding a HDFC Credit card 6 years ago. From the year 2016, I have been in my village now and was not using the credit card. I dropped my Credit card in the HDFC ATM BANK draft box. Because since it's my salary account and my company closed at that time With out paying last 3 month salary. I informed about this to customers care But nobody's helped me to get it's close the account. Now in CIBIL, the card shows active. And after 5 years later am getting a continue call from the bank and asking for pay the amount more than (1 lack 20 thousand rupees.)& received notice also.
