I purchased from HDFC Bank personal accident policy and the customer care officer told me he will waiver the Dec bills 3000RS Credit card charges against my credit card number [protected]

credit card bill for January raised have not been wavered by 3000 rs for above account as committed by customer care.Pl look in to the matter and refund the waivier amount in January credit card bill.
This i feel is selfishness from HDFC bank customer care executive who promised me he will do it immediately and did not do after the policy was immediately done. It means you people care for customer only till your benefit.
