[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card loan

I am having a credit card no. Xxx0718. I was sanctioned a credit card loan for the said credit card for rs.176000/- under loan account no.[protected] on 25.02.2020 and was provided a courier awb number. But, provided courier awb no. Uwex38263976 is not trackable. Also, till date (04.03.2020), i have not received the said dd. I am very much worried.

My purpose for loan is not served.

Kindly to the needful at the earliest.

With regard to your query regarding your credit card please feel free to contact our Phone Banking officers at any of our 24-hour Phone Banking numbers mentioned in the below URL and the extension mentioned for your kind reference. https://tinyurl.com/y5fe4sa9 and dial 1 for language (English) 3 for credit card and 1 for Credit card balance and then validate credit card number with PIN and then choose 2 for unbilled transactions and other details and then choose 9 to speak to our officer.
