[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card made without my consent | |
On 13 th july 2018 i started receiving messages regarding a credit card processed without my consent. I didn’t accept it when send by courier. Complained to my personal banker but nothing happened. By declining the card and by sending several mail, matter was sorted. But now again i am receiving messages the same messages regarding a credit card. Even some charges have been deducted, request hdfc to refund the same or i’ll take a legal action against them. A/c number-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Further, the same was subsequently destroyed due to security reasons after a time span of 30 days. i am moving to qatar. where i dodnt have network for mobile. for any transactions i am unable to get otp on mobile. is there any option that i can get a otp on email for my credit card
