One of the agent of hdfc credit card had issued me credit card by saying it is free of charge and having no annual maitainance charges for government employees.. But i had been charged rs. 1180/- that is reflecting in my cibil.. Resolve the issue nd stop misselling.. I m working in state bank of india nd in no need of hdfc credit card. But card had been issued by saying no any charges will be applied nd i had not activated the card

Updated by Eashu Agents are misselling products of HDFC.. One agent of hdfc credit card visited SBI Branch ND issued card to every staff member.. Had not explained about charges none had used the card but fee had been applied by hdfc

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We confirm that your card account was issued as a Life Time Free card subject to activation of M/s. Smartpay in your card account within 90 days of card issuance. However, the same has not been registered in the card account. We confirm that intimation regarding non-activation was given to you. In the absence of your confirmation, your credit card remained as a priced card.
