Dear Sir

Kindly note that above credit card no [protected], where Lic payment has been registered, i have received message that payment against policy no[protected], payment has been debited 09/02/2017.

Sir please note that i ve already done payment against this policy number on dated 02/02/2017, i ve the payment slip which is showing the transaction.

Kindly check that the payment auto mode which is debited to me on dated 09/02/2017, which is not done, so get this credit in my balance . kindly revert me for details on below said mobile numbers.

On 22 dec 2016 my saving account rs 36591 was debited for air tickets (TripAdvisor app) but due to technical problems air tickets was not generated.
So plz refund.
