[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card not delivered

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700107

It has been over 2 weeks that i didn't receive my credit card. After reportedly calling the bank to arrange for its delivery the bank continued to neglect my plea saying that they are yet hear from the courier service. I have checked with blue dart and they have informed me that it is the responsibility of the bank to get the card delivered.
Yet the bank has not taken any step.

My phone number - [protected] i have done a 5000/- transaction on 1st September 2017 to my sbi account, money got deducted from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to my bank account and still not refunded, plz refund my amount back, it's already 6 days past, as per your policy refunded in 5 days, i want my money as soon as possible
Hi all I did a recharge for 5000. It it didn't reflect in my payzapp wallet. Transaction message as follows. Rs.5000.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 3530 on[protected]:20:51:08 at PayZapp.Avl bal - Rs.3089.66, curr o/s - Rs.25910.34

I tried to load 5000 twice in my account. Both the time money got deducted but wallet didn't load. Trying to contact that number given on payzapp. No timely response on twitter either. Where to go?? Need money urgently. Either in credit card or wallet
I have made a transaction of Rs.4900 from my account money has been debited and not credited the Payzapp wallet but I am going calling toll free it is always busy. When myoney will be refunded.My contact is [protected] in which Payzapp is linked. Please give solution...This transaction was done on 31st August 2017
On 31st August i did IMPS from HDFC account to UCO account. The money got deducted immediately but didnot get credited to the UCO account. It has been 5days now and the transaction is not yet done. Please call me at : [protected] for assistance
I made transaction of 8000 from my axis credot card to payzapp wallet and the amount got deducted from card and it is not showing in wallet as it is showing as failed but in recent transaction of payzapp also it is not showing.
