[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card not delivered | |||
I have applied for the credit card (Regilia) through my personal banker. At the time of applying, i checked the address in netbanking and the address was correct, so i applied through netbanking. Complaints 1. After few days, i got the message the address provided is wrong and hence bludart will deliver back my credit card. On confirmation, i get to know that only part of the address had been mentioned. 2. I consulted my pb, she asked me to go to branch and fill a form to change address and send it to chennai (Note: the address is correct at this time also on netbanking) and meanwhile she will re-dispatch the card to my bank branch and i can collect from there. 3. I visited the branch, when i got the confirmation on sms that my card has been delivered to branch and kanika recieved it. I visited the branch and there the girl at reception (Might be the kanika herself), told me that we do not accept credit cards of our customer, so we sent it back. 4. I filled that change address form in the branch and after 5 days i got the confirmation of change, now when i called the pb and told her that the branch told that this is not the procedure, she was shocked too. One of pb other one is attendant in your branch, both are the hdfc fellows and they are contradicting on the procedures. 5. I asked her to send the card on the changed address (Please note again that we do not need to change the address as it was correct but was sent wrong sowehow by your side) and it's been again 3 week now that i did not get the card not any message or mail from your side. Where is the card? Even hdfc in house person do not know. Today i called your customer care, and she said that the card is at some industrial area and we do not have any branch of hdfc there, so might be the location is the courier service centre, and the card is there from 14th nov. What kind of rubbish is this? Too much irresponsible behavior you guys showed. I now requested to block that card and re-issued one to me and that card is still pending to be delivered to me in 4 days, which i know will not deliver because of kind of work you guys are doing. Pathetic service to your privileged customer. God knows what you guys do to your normal customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
