[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card not received | |
The worst service ever i had ;there was a girl (nazmin) from delhi i guess she was keep on calling me to take hdfc credit card.Though i wasn't interested at all. After getting so many calls i agreed to take it, 2 months ago(approximately).Now i have been calling customer care no. there no response at all once i was able to speak to ms gurmit kaur (not sure the same exactly) she said she will make sure i get my card with in one week but its been 15-16 days i haven't received anything. In fact I am receiving a msg saying that my mobile bill is paid by my credit card ...how is it possible how can be credit card used without receiving it. I was given a contact no. by nazmin [protected] (her manager's) I spoke to him as well but nothing happened he seems not at all interested to assist their valuable customer.Even there is no answer after calling so many times.
