[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card not received.

Hi My credit card expired in last december. They came for delivery of new card in my old company. I told them its not possible for me to come there to pick my card and they should deliver the card to my house. After a few days i was told the deliver failed again, though i have received new cards multiple times at home this time however i have been told that they are unable to locate my house address. Which is pretty surprising since they have been successful in past. And finally when i told them to close my card i was told to come to branch for the same. This is ridiculous. Verified Support Apr 05, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We wish to inform that the credit card can be dispatched only to the registered mailing address. We note that the returned card has been destroyed due to security reason. We request you to send a duly signed letter requesting to reissue the credit card along with the correct mailing address to reissue the credit card.
