HDFC Bank — credit card not working

Address:F-31 1 ST PHSE BASNI, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, 342001

Curently i am using HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD DINNER CLUB INTERNATIONAL CARD which is not working from last 15 days .
we are unable to make any online transaction not physical transaction .
Card is not being accepted and transactions are geeting declinded.
