[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card number [protected] | |||
This mail is to bring to your notice that i have been mentally harassed by ms. Swati sacchdev and her team for paying the outstanding amount on my hdfc credit card. Pl note, i have paid the last amount till april 2019. After which due to financial issues, i was unable to pay the dues.. Which had been increased to 84000/- but being a single mother from last 4 years it is financially not possible for me to repay the amount in settlement as my salary is just 16k per month.. Ms mansi who had called me from kanjurmarg branch (Mumbai), her numbers are[protected], for settlement option, she said last they can offer me 40k which is supposed to be paid in 2 parts and 4 sub parts.. Following schedule was given by her - 16th dec - 10k, 25th dec - 10k, 10th jan - 10k and january mid - 10k.. Pl understand i get my salary only once in a month, how is possible to pay the amount twice in a month that too more than my salary.. Out of my salary i have my house rent expenses, my son s education expenses.. For banks outstanding i cannot stop my son s education and also if i get calls on my official landline and personal contacts, i will not get help from anywhere and i will lose my job as well. Then how will i survive and how will i feed my kid.?? Who will be responsible for my kid?? It is practically not possible to pay the amount twice in a month out of my salary.. It's a request pl stop follow-up calls at my references or my work place as it is mentally harassing me and it will bother my job as well.. If i become job less even bank wll not get anything out of my income.. Hence help me out with some feasible option to repay the dues which will be benefited for both o[censored]s.
