[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card overcharged+nO resolution+missbehave of agent on call

Dear Sir, My name is Pradnya Kurutkar.Contact Number -[protected] and email [protected]@yahoo.com. Hdfc Cutomer ID[protected] I am writing this regarding my credit card being overcharged and additional application fees which was never been told while giving credit card. I have logged a complain in Nov'14 and never got resolution till Jan'15.Complain was closed saying I am not in contact but I always was but no resolution. I got sudden calls from collection department and agents miss behaving calling 30 times in a day.No resolution and he said on his words that complain about me where ever you want .Do whatever you want . Now I got collection agent coming to my place as well . According to me I was asking for resolution I stopped paying because I asked for resolution first I dont want to pay unnesessory charges which is been charged to me . Sir, pleas help this is reallly frustating as no one is helping to slove the problem and ceating problem by sending agent to my place .I accept the resolution ASAP .
