[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card payment after two years

I had HDFC credit card, I had blocked it 2 years back since it got stolen.Also I had requested customer care not to send new one since I was not planning to use credit card. After 2 years later I have received credit card bill for renewal fee. Even I dont remember my credit card no.
How can HDFC sends bill for credit card which has been deactivated two years back. I am sure that HDFC is not government bank and let us know if it has started to give services like government so that I can switch my accounts to any other bank.
