[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card payment | |||||
I have a credit card of hdfc bank. I haven't paid last month's bill. A new bill is generated which have higher value as compared to last month due to obvious reasons (Last month payment+interest+this month payment) mentioning with last date of payment 5th august 2016. However i am getting calls from collection department forcing me to pay all amount before 5th august 2016. I am ready to pay last months outstanding to collection department anytime but i can't understand why collection department is forcing me to pay the lumsum amount before due date. I had a word with your customer care department but they simply refuse to intervene. I request to the concern authority to do the needful. Collection department has no right to force me to pay lumsum amount before due date. As i stated i am ready to pay last months overdue amount while remaining amount will be paid as per scheduled time of billing cycle. Was this information helpful? | |||||
