[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card payment | |
Dear sir, I have been receiving calls from the recovery agent. I had earlier last year intimated that i cannot take calls during my working hours. They have been calling from various numbers and i did not know till i check after working hours. They send sms' and when i have tried calling after my working time i have received a message to call back during working hours. My husband called asking for sometime. But still the calls continue and messages continue. Secondly when i called on the 22nd on a number [protected] from which they have sent me a watsap message the lady who says she is shanti only seems to want to irate the customer to pick on an argument. When i tried to explain my condition, it just does seem to reach her. I had to disconnect the call. I called the customer care and also asked for help. I understand i have a payment to do and it has happened now that i have had a problem to pay. All my payments have been happening regularly. Last i also paid 25, 000 to the card but as my husband was aditted in hospital it was again used. Thank you. I wish to inform you I received a call from the agent again stating her name is Sravani and I can pay a min of 5, 100. I was not sure if I would be able to do the payment the next day so I requested for sometime. I was told only by next day i should do the payment as they are holding back, I have a good credit score. After the call had received my amt and I called back for the manager Sravani to inform but the lady who responded said she is Sravani, the Manager but she didn't speak to me. I asked her if i can do the minimum payment of 5, 100 and i was told to go ahead.I have paid the min amt of 5, 100 on the 24th of Nov. Now I receive messages still which I don't understand. I am unable to clear the amount now and need some time. Secondly the 1st lady i spoke to "shanti' was rude. Thirdly the lady "Sravani" said I can pay a min of 5, 100 and next month the remaining thousand odd, then why am i receiving messages.
