[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card payment - manager response | |
I took credit card from hdfc 3 years back. Whatever I used from it paid next month at least minimum due. In between I got into an accident and dues increased to a level I can't pay at once or thrice. June 2018 I quit my job and asked for a settlement their manager who know nothing about professionalism argued me and told me to pay minimum due and they will arrange a settlement next week or emi offers.I never got a settlement. Then I stopped paying after 3 months they called and similar stories they told me. I told them clearly no minimum dues I am gonna pay. Give me full settlement. If a person don't have a job how they r gonna pay. And the way their managers talk is like I am someone took their cash and run away. I took all their calls till now.
