[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card & personal loan sales calls | |||
Dear hdfc, I have been getting call after call inviting me to take up a credit card. After multiple rejections of the same i am still getting calls. Now the frequency has increased to 2 a day which i feel is totally unacceptable. I would not want to know even consider banking with you if this is the level of harassment expected by customers. This is not right way its simply to disturb other people. We even don't know what is happening and balance get cut. I req. you to refund it.

Why balance deducted fro my account. This is not the right way without or permission yo re deducting our balance. refund it now
