[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card recovery department | |||
I sachin yadav am a customer of hdfc bank my credit card no is [protected] and have been using there services for about 5 years i was unable to make the credit card payment for this month i told them it would be done in a day or two but they didnt listen and started harrasing me and threatning me that people would gather outside my house and started using harsh language i told them that you are not allowed to harrase customers and you are just a recovery department to which they again threathened me that you wait and watch till tomorrow after which i had an argument with the lady on the call.
