I have made a payment in may 2018 actual amount suppose to be paid was Rs 12000/- something but by mistake I have made payment of Rs 120000/-
I was travelling at that time since I m back in June I started to call up bank official helpline [protected]
I always hold for 15 / 20 mins the. Calls get disconnected but I neve get call back
Then finally a lucky day came and finally I had word with bank officer he told
Me he can send online I have to courier letter regarding request for refund
I sent courier to Chennai then after waiting after 10 days I called back to bank official
They were like u required to send debit card statement
I was shocked to Hear that as non of bank official contacted me for the same
Then next day I sent debit card statement with mobile change request letter
And mobile number is changed but till date I haven’t recieved any refund
I called again and again same reply bank requires debit bank statement from which payment has been done
I don’t understand I have already sent and same query and no feedback or reply from bank
I have also sent mail to bank people but still same no reply
Amount of Refund is 53000/- and till date I have made expense of more then 200/- begins courier n call charges
When our amount payable to bank is pending they Harrase with huge calls
But when Amount is payable by bank not a single call
May I know when I will receive the amount back and who will bear the expenses which are occurring
I hope after posting here my complaint resolve
