[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card reward points | |||||
I had a Diners Club Rewardz Credit Card with HDFC bank (card no. ending with 6241). I had around 22, 000 reward points on that. 1 reward point = INR 0.75. I got a call from my relationship manager (Shoaib) and he informed me that I am eligible for a free upgrade on my card with no charges and all my reward points will be transferred to my new card. I got my new card (ending with 4743) however only 9181 points got transferred. Now he is not ready to help me for the same. I have been cheated by the bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
