[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card reward points

Hi,

I am ravinder and my hdfc card ending with 7113 and mobile no [protected].
As part of renewal of my card, reward points was adjusted without any prior notice.
Rewards points was not adjusted as per hdfc redeem catalog, here i am loosing my reward points.
I dont want new renewal card, please keep my previous reward points without any adjustment.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We note that your All miles card ending 7093 has been converted to Regalia First credit card ending 6296. In view of the same, the reward points earned in your card has been transferred to new card as per the applicable ratio. For further clarification, we request you to visit our website.

Hi Anay,
Can you please confirm what ratio in your redeem catalogue and what ratio was adjusted my reward points. I have checked already and that's the reason this complaint has been raised. You have not even checked the same before writing this response.

Hi Anay,
As per the catalogue the ratio was 60%, however you have adjusted 49.33%. I need to get around 3000 points.
