[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card settlement | |||
We were given a credit card from HDFC Bank based on the salary account, which we did not want initially. However we were told that the payment made towards the card will be deducted in the outstanding balance, we have made the payment on a monthly basis, but still the outstanding amount remains the same. now we have been told that the amount that we have paid all these days is for interest, and we keep getting threatening calls from the agency people and we have been harassed. my wife is pregnant and she has been disturbed mentally with continuous calls and threaten by the agency people. we are asking for a final settlement which we can afford to pay but we have been denied.
