HDFC Bank — credit card settlement

Dear sir
I want to do settlement of my hdfc credit card payment credit card no [protected] because i don"t have job right now i have make phone call for credit card due settlement on customer care no[protected] but no body picking phone call. So i am unable to contact them for hdfc credit card settlement. Please provide me emi payment solution for final settlement of credit card to me as soon as possible.
At present i am help less.
