[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card settlement not done by agent even after paying the bill | |||
I have paid 5000 rs as said by collection agency of hdfc. The agent mr. Manoj shinde collected the money 1 year ago and he said he will give me settlement letter in 2 days. Still i have not received settlement letter and bill is getting increased day by day. Attached herewith is receipt of payment. Also from collection department no one is providing the mail id for registering the compliant. Please look into this n clear it out asap Was this information helpful? | |||
