[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card settlement payment | |||
I owned credit card 552274xxxxxx9190 and due to company closer requested to settle all outstanding amount in 6 installments. All the installments were paid latest by april and assured from collection team as well as bank representative that the same now closed. Copies of collection receipts held with me. One month after making final payment got legal notice from some advocate from chennai demanding same amount within 15 days with legal fee and late charges. Talked with same banking credit card team, same answer case already closed in our system, payments received as demanded, and no satisfactory answer to resolve the same.
