[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card statement | |||
I have trace on email the last month statement. Pls send me the statement of hdfc credit card (Month of feb) thru e-mail. Since last months, i have not received statement through local post & email not on phone also I hope u will send me e-mail statement as soon as possible & i have received massage of overdue. I am an account holder in hdfc bank Gopaplapuram chennai.my locker fee was increased 5 time by BM with out any reason and i registered a compalint, but the branch manager closed my complaint without resolving. I wanted to escalate it to the nodal officer, But HDFC bank web site never accepts the escalation. what i will do now
